The Yugoslav Final was held on February 25th at TV Studios in Skopje, hosted by Vesna Nestorovic, Kristina Remskar, Dubravka Cecez, Snezana Lipkovska, Rosanda Kovijanic & Helga Vlahovic. The winning song was chosen by a jury of 9 people, and only the top 2 placings are known.

Because groups weren’t allowed at the ESC, Dubrovacki Trubaduri had to perform under the name of 2 of its singers – Luci Kapurso & Hamo Hajdarhodzic – they came equal 7th. Lola Jovanovic represented Yugoslavia in ESC 1962 (when she was called Lola Novakovic).
