The Belgian Final was held on March 3rd at the Amerikaans Theatre in Brussels, hosted by Karl Buts. Before the final there had been 4 semi-finals. Micha Marah sang all the songs and the winner was chosen by an „expert“ jury of 20 people consisting of former ESC entrants, people from TV, radio and the press.…
