The Spanish Final was held on February 8th, 15th and 28th at the TVE TV Studios in Madrid, hosted by Pilar Cañada & Jana Escribano.  The first 14 songs were presented on February 8th, the second 14 songs on February 15th, and the results were announced on February 28th.  The winner was chosen by postcard…
