The Serbia & Montenegro Final was held at the RTCG TV Studios in Podgorica on March 4th, hosted by Andela Nenadovic, Zana Gardaševic & Andrija Miloševic. The winner was chosen by 9 jury members (4 from Serbia, 4 from Montenegro and televoting/SMS voting being the 9th member). Luna withdrew from the final.
