The Semifinal
The Serbia & Montenegro Semi-Final was held on February 20th at the Sava Center in Belgrade, hosted by Aleksandar Sreckovic & Ksenija Balaban. The top 4 songs qualified for the final – they were chosen by 9 jury members (8 from Serbia and televoting/SMS voting being the 9th member). Jelena Jevremovic was the winner of the televote/SMS vote.
