„Forget forever, volcano, what you have theatened for centuries“
The Russian Final was held on April 30th at the Cosmos Hotel in Moscow. 8 songs were presented ‚live‘ & Philip Kirkorov’s song was presented as a video clip. The winner was chosen by an „expert“ jury, who tied between songs 6 & 7, but then decided that only Philip Kirkorov deserved to represent Russia at the ESC so he was selected as the winner.
