The Romanian Quarter-Final was held online between February 5th-10th. Twenty songs qualified for the semi-final – 15 chosen by an „expert“ jury and 5 by online voting which was open from 9th-10th February. Barbara Tešija withdrew from the quarter-final on February 5th for personal reasons. Fabian Ferrara also withdrew on February 9th due to testing positive for covid. The first column of results shows the 15 songs selected by the „expert“ jury, followed by the results of the online vote and the 5 subsequent qualifiers who hadn’t already been chosen by the „expert“ jury vote.
