The Norwegian Final was held on March 4th at the NRK TV Studios in Oslo, hosted by Hans Christian Andersen & Stine Buer. The winner was chosen in two rounds of voting – the first to select the top 4 and the second to select the winner. The voting was a mixture of regional televoting and an „expert“ jury.
