
The Maltese Final was held on February 13th & 14th at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, hosted by Andrea Cassar & Ray Calleja. The winner was chosen by an „expert“ jury (50%) & televoting (50%).

Julie (Zahra) previously came 12th in the 2001 Maltese Final & 16th in 2002. Together with Ludwig, she came 4th in the 2003 Maltese Final. At the ESC, they were equal 12th. Leontine & Marvic Lewis were backing singers for Malta in ESC 2003. Georgina represented Malta in ESC 1991 & was a backing singer for Malta in 1996. Debbie Scerri was a backing singer for Malta in ESC 1993 & represented Malta in 1997. Fabrizio Faniello represented Malta in ESC 2001.
