The German Final was held on January 20th at the Kleine Westfalenhalle in Dortmund, hosted by Anaid Iplikjan & Kurt A. Jung. The winning song was chosen by a jury who awarded points after each performance. Two of the other participating songs were Drei häuse weiter (Three houses further) and Etwas leise musik (Some soft music).
