„A little bit“ – Nina Åström

The Finnish Final was held at the Lord Hotel in Helsinki on February 12th, hosted by Jani Juntunen & Silvia Modig. Before the final there was a semi-final. The winner chosen by televoting (50%) & an „expert“ jury (50%).

The Semifinal

The Finnish Semi-Final was held during the first week in January on Radio Suomi. The 6 finalists were chosen by televoting and postcard voting.

One of the members of ‚In Tha Mix‘ was Charler Salter who was a dancer for Finland in ESC 1994.

The Final

The favourite of the professional jury was Nylon Beat, while the audience’s favourite was Nightwish. However, Nina Åström from Kokkola and A little bit were the winners as a result of the mixed scoring.

Nina Åström came equal 18th at the ESC.
