The Estonian Semi-Finals were held at Saku Suurhall in Tallinn, hosted by Maarja-Liis Ilus & Priit Loog. Before the semi-finals there were 4 quarter-finals. Five songs in each semi-final qualified for the final in two rounds of voting – in the first round the top 4 were chosen by televoting (50%) & an „expert“ jury (50%). In the second round one more song was selected by televoting. Elysa, Merilin Mälk & Minimal Wind ft. Elisabeth Tiffany competed with music videos of their songs due to having covid.
