The Estonian Final was held on February 5th at the ETV TV Studios in Tallinn, hosted by Marko Reikop & Ines. The winner was chosen by televoting.

Suntribe consisted of Laura (Põldvere), Rebecca (Kontus), Mari-Leen Kaselaan & Jaanika Vilipo. Jaanika previously came 5th in the 2002 Estonian Final. For the ESC Semi-Final where the group came 20th, a 5th member was added – Daana Ots.
