The Danish Final was held on February 17th at the Herning Conference Centre, hosted by Keld Heick. The winner was chosen by televoting (80%) & an „expert“ jury (20%) in two rounds of voting – the first to select the top 5 and the second to select the winner.

Rollo & King came 2nd at the ESC. The lead singer of the ‚Parber Kerstein Band‘ was Kenny Lübcke who represented Denmark at ESC 1992 and was a backing singer for Denmark in 1999. Helge Engelbrecht was a member of the group ‚Bandjo‘ that represented Denmark in 1987.
