The Cypriot Semi-Finals were held at the PIK TV Studios in Nicosia, hosted by Alex Michael & Christina Marouchou. The top 5 songs in each semi-final (chosen by televoting) qualified for the final.

Annet Artani came 15th at the ESC Semi-Final, where one of her backing singers was Constantinos Andronikou. Evagoras Evagorou was a backing singer for Cyprus in ESC 2003. Eleftheria (Eleftheriou) represented Greece in 2012.
