The Croatian Final was held in the Crystal Ballroom of Hotel Kvarner in Opatija on March 12th, hosted by Daniela Trbovic & Mirko Fodor. The winner was chosen by 20 regional juries.

Magazin & Lidija came 6th at the ESC. One of the members of the group ‚Srebrna Krila‘ (Mustafa Ismailovski) was also in the group when they represented Yugoslavia at ESC 1988.
