
The Belgian Final was held on February 5th at the Amerikaans Theater in Brussels, hosted by Luc Appermont. There were 3 groups participating, and each of them had their own semi-final in the 3 weeks before the final. The winner was chosen by 192 people in the audience over two rounds of voting – the first to select the favourite song of each group & the second to select the winner.

The female members of Dream Express were Bianca, Patricia & Stella who had all been in the group „Hearts of Soul“ that represented the Netherlands in 1970. At the ESC they came 7th.
