The Albanian Final was held on December 29th at the Palace of Congress in Tirana, hosted by Nik Xhelilaj, Enkeleida Zeko & Hygerta Sako. Before the final there were 2 semi-finals. The winner was chosen by an „expert“ jury.

Rona Nishliu previously took part in the 2005 Albanian Final. At the ESC she came 5th. Frederik Ndoci represented Albania in ESC 2007.
