The Latvian Final was held on February 26th at the LTV TV Studios in Riga, hosted by Dita Torstere. The winning song was chosen by a mixture of 4 „expert“ juries and televoting, although the televoting only counted for 1/15th of the final result – Brainstorm was the favourite of the televoters.
