The Lithuanian Semi-Finals were held at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, hosted by Giedrius Masalskis & Ieva Stasiuleviciute. Before the semi-finals there were 3 quarter-finals. The top 4 in each semi-final, chosen by televoting (50%) & an „expert“ jury (50%) qualified for the final.
