The Lithuanian Quarter-Finals were held at the LRT TV Studios in Vilnius, hosted by Giedrius Masalskis & Ieva Stasiuleviciute. The top 6 in each quarter-final, chosen by televoting (50%) & an „expert“ jury (50%) qualified for the semi-finals.
